COMMUNICATIONS



               1. DAILY SUPERVISORY CONTACT
               Your supervisor is your single most important source of information. When you have
               questions, or if there is something that you don't understand, ask your supervisor.  He or
               she can either answer your questions or get the answers for you.


               2. GNN
               The GOJO news network (GNN) is a closed-circuit system that broadcasts news
               about our business, our employees, our community, and our world. You will find GNN
               displayed on screens throughout GOJO locations. The program is updated daily and
               breaking news is updated as it occurs. GNN is also available on myGOJO.com.



               3. BULLETIN BOARDS
               Important notices, news items, and announcements are posted on the Company
               bulletin boards. We suggest that you look at the bulletin boards regularly to keep up
               with what is happening. The bulletin boards are for company use only, and
               employees may not post or remove any information from them. Material to be posted
               must go through copy review and include HROD.



               4. TEAM MEETINGS
               Some workgroup teams hold meetings on a regular basis. These meetings are
               designed to promote employee feedback, build teamwork, provide information,
               solve problems and improve productivity.


               5.  MYGOJO.COM
               myGOJO.com is the GOJO intranet which is available from all GOJO pc desktops.
               myGOJO.com provides information on current business imperatives, business tools,
               GOJO news, employee information including benefits and events, and links to tools
               that make new Ways of Working seamless for GOJO employees.



               6. THE HANDPRINT
               The HandPrint is the GOJO newsletter. The HandPrint is designed to keep you
               informed about company business and other happenings. The HandPrint is printed

               7. STAKEHOLDERS MEETINGS
               The purpose of Stakeholders meetings is to foster open and direct communication
               between senior leaders and employees, develop trust, enhance information flow and
               build stronger relationships. Stakeholders meetings will take place once a quarter
               and will provide an update


               8.  CHANGE IN RECORDS
               Current information keeps your personnel records accurate and enables us to reach
               you in an emergency, forward mail, and properly maintain your insurance and other
               benefits.  Contact GOJO Benefits if changes in the following occur:
