Employees are eligible for vacation effective on the actual service anniversary date.
The following is the vacation accrual rate:

Years of Service 8 and 10 Hour 12 Hour Schedule Part-time
                                    Schedules
In first year 80 hours 84 hours 48 hours
1 year but less than 80 hours 84 hours 48 hours
               5 years
5 years but less 120 hours 132 hours 72 hours
               than 10 years
10 years but less 160 hours 168 hours 96 hours
               than 20 years
20 or more years 200 hours 204 hours 120 hours

Vacations are not cumulative and are not to be carried over into the next anniversary
year. GOJO encourages all employees to use their vacation time; if not used, it will
be forfeited. However, in the event that a GOJO request due to business has
prevented an employee from taking vacation before the end of their vacation year, up
to 40 hours may be carried over for the first four (4) months past the anniversary date
with written approval from the supervisor. In this circumstance, any carry over days
not taken within the four-month time frame will be forfeited. Carry over request must
be documented in a TSI format from the approving supervisor and forwarded to
HROD for the employee file and to Payroll for record keeping.

The TSI must include the business reason causing the carry over, the number of
hours that will be carried over and include an acknowledgement signature from both
the supervisor and the employee. Carry over hours should be in 12, 10, 8 or 4 hour
               increments, based on work schedule.

Vacations must be scheduled with your supervisor's approval, and the appropriate
form is to be filed with Payroll. Vacations must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks
in advance, except for extenuating circumstances. If an employee does not have
any personal vacation hours, one vacation day can be used on an ad hoc basis,
rather than requiring two weeks’ advance notice. Supervisors are required to note in
Kronos any time used as an “ad hoc use vacation day.” Deviations from the advance
notice requirement are at management discretion.

                                                                                                      from Work
                                                                                                      P a g e | 18
