                I  would  start  by  congratulating  the  entire  team  for  the  great  job  and  success  achieved  with  all  the

         adverse situations. The team believed  in nothing is impossible and positively cracked the plans which resulted in
         Q1 success. J&J has supported tremendously during the crucial period and standing next to us in fighting the

         battle with the trade through introduction of innovate NPI’s and mind blowing promotions to the end users. The
         expectation of incremental sales will take place after Q3 under the assumption of EXPO 2020. Let’s keep our
         fingers crossed and keep on delivering great results for a satisfactory year closing of 2019.

                The objective for the year 2019 is to sustain the business with all the market challenges and securing the growth
         from New Product Initiatives during the current tough economic situations. The cost of business is increasing drastically year
         after year due to the fact, UAE being the hub for majority of the suppliers. Therefore, alternative solutions are applied to

         maintain and retain our legacy at the market place by thinking out of box approach, change in strategy from profitability
         stand point .

         Year 2019 is also the year of correction and creating efficiencies with back to basics stand point. Implementation of Sales
         Force Automation is one of the examples on the efficiency front for optimization on all the aspects of sales calls. Identifying
         and measuring the competencies and capabilities within the team and taking the right employment development programs

         to enhance the core team to further excel in the areas of expertise.

         Johnson  &  Johnson  believes  in  innovations  and  new  addition  to  the  category  adding  substantial  value  to  our  IMS  and
         building category to our retailers and providing quality products to our consumers, Cotton Touch and Anti-Bacterial range
         are the promising NPI’s for the Q1 which will reduce the dependency on the wholesale and increase the base sales.

         My heartfelt thanks to all the members of Gulf International, Johnson & Johnson and Albatha for the guidance and support
         in  turning  our  dreams  into  reality.  Gulf  International  /  Johnson  &  Johnson  division  is  optimistic  and  committed  on  our

         deliverables of 2019.
