What is SFA and it’s importance?
Sales Force Automation or SFA
is a powerful tool and technique of
using software to automate the
business tasks of sales.
The SFA application is integrated to
the SAP Electronic Readable Program
in real time.
Currently, there is a total of 25 users
from the GT Sales Executives and Key
Account Executives.
The project went live on 15
