THE CAPTAINS ROLE…
• Works as immediate supervisor 24/7
• Offers guidance and coaching in terms of the following:-
o Planogram implementation (Primary & Secondary), ensuring
that ISE guidelines were executed.
o Checking log books and implementing BDA visibility annexures.
o On-shelf assessments – AVP, NPI’s, FIFO, NEAREX, LS to OOS and
product and shelf cleanliness
o National activation guidelines
• Delegates the daily route plan guidelines
• Checks grooming and uniforms
• Responsible for “On the Job Field Trainings”
• Provides market activity reports
• Assist for outlet concerns and issues
