How may I help you? MERCHANDISER IN-STORE STANDARD PRACTICE
Daily visit, daily practice! Part of merchandiser role and for every store visit, we need to apply
these points and make it as a habit.
• Enter the back store for store alignment and security log-in
• Smile, meet and greet the manager
• Check your shelves for fundamentals AVP (Primary and Secondary)
o Products and shelves should be clean
o Check for any NEAREX items
o Regular stocks replenishments on shelves applying FIFO
o Check NPI’s for AVP
o *Apply POSM’s if necessary and/or required by the company
• Pull stocks from back store or generate orders to pull stocks from central warehouse
• Identify Low Stocks to OOS on shelves (make sure to double check your back store),
see if there are any J&J products left
• Make sure all deliveries for the day must be aligned, received and displayed
• All back stocks are arranged properly after finishing the displays everyday

to assist shopper and supports
his teammates.
