ETIQUTTES AT WORK
As we follow the guidelines of GI/J&J, misconduct can be considered an unacceptable or improper
behavior at workplace whether in office or at retail partner. In FMCG industry, misconduct & misbehavior
generally includes the following:-
Being late Absenteeism Fighting Stealing People Fraud in time
at work discrimination records & reports
Negligence Bribery Use of inappropriate Disobedience to Influence of Intimacy or
or abusive language supervisors & alcohol while personal relationship
ASM in duty at outlet
