UNDERSTANDING LEAVE GUIDELINES

TYPES OF LEAVE NO. OF DAYS ENTITLED PAID OR UNPAID

• ANNUAL 22 WORKING DAYS PAID

• STUDY 14 CALENDAR DAYS per year UNPAID
*It is allowed up to a maximum of 2 (two) separate periods of leave in a calendar year]
• HAJ 30 CALENDAR DAYS UNPAID
(maximum)

TO BE ENTITLE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF PROBATION

• SICK 15 CALENDAR DAYS PAID

30 CALENDAR DAYS HALF PAID

45 CALENDAR DAYS UNPAID

• MATERNITY 52 CALENDAR DAYS PAID
*To be eligible for female employee shall complete a minimum of 12 (twelve) months service prior to commencement of maternity leave
• EMERGENCY All emergency are unpaid leaves UNPAID

• COMPASSIONATE 7 CALENDAR DAYS PAID
*Paid leaves in the event of death of a grandparent, parent, siblings, spouse or child of employee
• PATERNITY 5 CALENDAR DAYS PAID
*To be utilized within 3 (three) months from the birth of baby

• UNAUTHORIZED All unauthorized leave are unpaid leaves UNPAID
