“I was having an absolutely terrible time with my rental car
company, but Diane came to the rescue. I went through Fox
Rental and on top of making me pay a bunch of money for
the rental that I didn't think I'd have to pay, when I got a flat
tire, they were going to charge me $100 to come out and
change the tire. They even had the audacity to say I should
fix the tire that was flat! But then I remembered I had AAA
and called and got to speak with Diane. She helped calm me
down and let me know that everything was going to be
okay. AAA is going to be there to help. And she also told me
about how I can get travel assistance through AAA in the
future, so I don't get stuck with unexpected bills! Diane is
great, and I want to thank you for having her as an
employee.”
