has even greater import to those who await the King of
kings as a sign of His return.
We remember what God said through Daniel, Paul,
John, and our Lord Jesus Christ. We will not fail to heed
the great Jewish prophets who foresaw the cataclysmic
events connected with the third Jerusalem Temple.
If we can write the history of the great Temples of Jeru-
salem from God's Word, we can utilize the same source to
write the future. As the Lord pointed out, "The scriptures
must be fulfilled" (Mk 14:49).
We rejoice in the coming of the Tribulation Temple, for
the sake of its part in the second coming. But, too, we
realize that all of the bloodshed and all of the tears of
thousands of years must culminate in still more war on this
site.
For the Christian there is no fear because the rapture
will precede the coming holocaust. For others, the Arma-
geddon will make this chronicle of Temple bloodshed pale.
We certainly can see the future from God's word.
