The Man In Love
we are blessed with the mind of Christ and can develop into His nature, represented by spiritual love.
Go For The Gift Of The Holy Spirit
If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
John 14:15-18
Jesus knew the crucial importance of the Holy Spirit for attaining unto the fullness of the measure of His Stature and provided us privileged access to Him. He prayed the Father to give us the Holy Spirit to help us in our quest to attain unto His nature, which is characterized by love. He refused to leave us as orphans, knowing that it would be impossible to fulfill the commandment that we love one another as He has loved us without a parent like Himself.
The access to the Holy Spirit is a special privilege. He has been given to us as a gift. He is ours for the asking. Having prayed
