10. Christ Made Us Joint Heirs Of The Father
In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
John 14:2-3
Jesus shared a number of His exclusive privileges with us because He loved us. One of them is the fact that He made us joint heirs of the Father with Him. Look at John 14:2-3 that confirms that we also have places prepared for us in Jesus’ Father’s house, now that we have become His Sons through the death and resurrection of Jesus, and the receipt of the gift of the Hoy Spirit. Mansions are prepared for us in the same place where Jesus would stay because we are His sons. We have a responsibility to ensure that every blessing we have accessed through our faith in Christ Jesus is also made accessible to, and enjoyed by, our wife. Since Jesus did not hold these exclusive blessings back from us out of love but freely shared them, we also must share them with our wives. This is love in action.
