The Man In Love
your neighbor, “Go, and come back, and tomorrow I will give it,” when you have it with you.
Proverbs 3:27
Good is certainly due to our wives. Showing love is not withholding the good from them when we can afford to give it. This is love in deed and in truth.
Walking In Love Is Holiness
And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.
1 Thessalonians 3:13
Walking in love is walking in holiness before God. Perhaps that is why Ephesians 5:27 says that through love Jesus makes His church holy and without fault. Our holy walk in God therefore produces holiness in the lives of our wives as well, who are the beneficiaries with us of the love we express toward them.
When we walk in love, by definition, we keep God’s commandments. When we keep God’s commandments, we are regarded as walking in holiness. When we do not walk in love
