The Man In Love
MAINTAINED A DISCIPLINED WALK IN GOD’S LOVE. We note also that Jesus in the execution of His mandate toward His church stayed true to the calling to love. This aspect of His life supports the exhortation of Paul in I Corinthians 7:20,24 where he said,
Let each one remain in the same calling in which he was called. ..... Brethren, let each one remain with God in that state in which he was called.

He did not waiver on or veer off from His mandate at any point during His journey. He maintained a disciplined walk just for our sake. Coming down to earth from His throne because of man was certainly not convenient for the one who has been the Son of God and been with God before the world began. That the walk was not piece of cake is reflected in His final prayers in the garden of Gethsemane where He prayed that the hallmark of His journey, death on the cross, should pass over Him but still maintained that the will of the Father be done.
Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, “Sit here while I pray.” And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed. Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch.” He went a little farther,
