especially those like myself who

found acting later in their lives and
didn’t necessarily have the resources

of those born into the industry or
who came up through the

educational machine early.

He is proof that true talent can make

its way through the ranks with
perseverance and determination.

Fringe to date is one of my favorite
shows of all time and his character

Broyles was an exceptional example
of his range as he even played

multiple versions of the character on
the show (gotta love multiple
realities). He has always shown the

poise to show great range even when
playing seemingly similar characters

as he has often played an officer of
some kind in a leadership position.

He can even be seen in extremely
hilarious comedic roles turning his

typical badass persona on its head
like on the show Corporate or on the
hysterical skit from Key and Peele

“gay wedding”. Lance has continued
to push himself as an actor over the

years with really cool and fun projects
like his performance in the ground-

breaking video game Quantum Break
where he not only has a motion

capture scenes in the game but also
weaves in live action fully.
