I have the great honour to read the citation for the conferment of the degree,
Doctorate Honoris Causa, to one of the outstanding and respected national
leaders in the struggle for national liberation, cultural preservation, and
establishment of the Namibian State, as a Member of the Constituent Assembly,
Gaob Justus |Uruhe ǁGaroëb, whom the Council of the University of Namibia
has found earnest of being bestowed this highest academic honour.
