Workshop 2- Days 2 and 3
Course Title: Qualitative data analysis using Atlas.ti
Objectives:
• Identify the advantages of using qualitative data analysis for research design and
understand the ethical considerations involved in this type of research.
• Create a new project in Atlas.ti, import data, and manage the project files effectively.
• Code and label data, create memos, and annotate data to effectively organize data in
Atlas.ti.
• Utilize data analysis techniques such as creating networks, conceptualizing data,
managing the coding process, and searching data.
• Apply advanced data analysis techniques such as data visualization, and teamwork in
Atlas.ti, creating a document hierarchy, generating reports, and using Atlas.ti for
literature reviews.
