Course Title: Research Project Management for Healthcare Professionals
Course Objectives:
1. Understand the principles and best practices of project management in healthcare
research.
2. Learn how to plan, execute and control healthcare research projects from initiation to
completion.
3. Develop effective communication and collaboration skills to manage a team of
healthcare professionals in a research project.
4. Understand the role of technology in healthcare research project management.
