The School Context

The School is located in Randpark Ridge, which is a middle-class area. The

School has all the necessary classroom facilities, such as enough

classrooms, desks, chairs, whiteboards, electronic projectors and Wi-Fi

available to the educators. The teachers have all the necessary resources

in order to equip learners with 21 century skills, such as Critical Thinking,
Problem Solving, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity.

The school is often used as a benchmark for other schools in the district,

due to its good reputation and ongoing good results. The school also has

the privilege of having sports facilities such as six tennis/netball courts,

three fields, 12 cricket nets, and a pool. Teachers enjoy their jobs here, as

the staff has a family atmosphere, whereby everybody is willing to help at

any stage. The teachers are also enthusiastic about their teaching and

their subjects, which can be seen mirrored in the children themselves.

Therefore, I would state that Randpark High is the Ideal school

environment to have as a teacher.
