Conclusion
Randpark High School is an institution which educators want to be a part
of. The school carries an excellent reputation, and is highly supported by
the community. With fantastic facilities and resources, educators are
blessed with the numbers of options they have in which to educate their
learners. However, it is vital to be the ideal teacher that the school needs,
by embracing 21 century skills and methods, and providing the holistic
st
approach to learning in which the school prides themselves very highly on.
With over 1600 applications for 300 Positions for grade 8 in 2020, parents
want their children to be apart of Randpark High. Due to the well-qualified
and supportive teaching staff, the ideal teacher is a pre-requisite to be
apart of their staff. I have learnt so much about what is the ideal educator
during my WIL Experience, which I will value going forward into my
teaching career.
