Eligibility: For new hires, you must satisfy a waiting period of 60 days before benefits will
become effective.

Other members of your family may be eligible for coverage under Medical, Voluntary Dental,

protection. Your eligible dependents include your legal spouse and dependent child(ren) up to
age 26, unless otherwise noted.
