Omega contributes over 80% of the cost of Employee Only Coverage on both Core and Buy Up
plans as well as contribute over 50% of the dependent cost on both Core and Buy Up plan
options. When reviewing other construction firms, we found this contribution level to be quite
high compared with our peers.
