Identification Cards
You will receive identification cards when you enroll for the benefits listed below.
If you enroll in the Medical/Prescription Drug plan
offered at Walter Robbs, you will receive an ID card
Medical/Prescription Drug from Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. You may request
additional cards by contacting BCBSNC customer
service at 1-877-258-3334.
If you enroll in the Dental plan offered at Walter
Robbs, you will receive an ID card from Companion
Dental
Life. You may request additional cards by contacting
Companion Life customer service at 1-800-753-0404.
If you enroll in the Voluntary Vision plan at Walter
Robbs, you will receive an ID card from VSP Vision.
Voluntary Vision
You may request additional cards by contacting VSP
Vision customer service at 1-800-877-7195.
If you enroll in the Flexible Spending Account with
Sentinel Benefits you will be able to access your funds
Flexible Spending Account using the Benny Visa Debit Card. If you have questions
regarding your FSA debit card you may reach Sentinel
Benefits customer service at 1-888-762-6088.
