Identification Cards

You will receive identification cards when you enroll for the benefits listed below.

If you enroll in the Medical/Prescription Drug plan
offered by RS&A, you will receive an ID card from
Medical/Prescription Drug
BCBSNC. You may request additional cards by
contacting BCBSNC customer service at
1-800-446-8053.

If you enroll in the Dental plan offered by RS&A,
Dental you will receive an ID card from Delta Dental. You
may request additional cards by contacting Delta
Dental customer service at 1-800-662-8856.

If you enroll in the Voluntary Vision plan at RS&A,
you will receive an ID card from Superior Vision.
