Page 4 - Deweys Benefits Enrollments Guide
P. 4
How do I enroll?
You will enroll online through Paycor at https://www.paycor.com, make sure to add all dependents that
might be enrolled in any benefit, as well as a beneficiary.
How/when to make changes
Unless you have a qualified life event, you cannot make changes to the benefits you elect until
the next annual enrollment period. Documentation of a qualified event or status change is
required in order for you to make allowable changes to your benefits. Any change must be
directly related to and consistent with the qualified event and not all plans are eligible for
change for all events. The decision regarding whether a requested change meets applicable
guidelines will be determined by the Plan Administrator. Qualified life events include:
marriage, divorce, legal separation, birth or adoption of a child, change in child’s dependent
status, death of spouse, child or other qualified dependent, change in residence due to an
employment transfer for you or your spouse, or a change in spouse’s benefits or employment
status. You have 30 days from the date of the qualifying life event to notify Human Resources
of any changes to your benefit elections.
