---: LESSON PLANS NETWORK STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Network Storage and Saving Lesson Plans to Network

The Lawson Academy has data storage areas available to you. As a rule, you should store your
data on the server. Data stored on your computer is not recoverable if your computer crashes. The
drives that are the server are the H, P S and T drives.

• The H drive is the drive where you should store all of your personal documents. This drive is
only accessible to you. Feel free to use, create and organize this drive as you please.

• The P drive is open to all
Lawson Academy users, If you
save something there anyone can
access it.

• The S drive is a drive open
only to staff, you can share large
files and folders with fellow staff
members.

• The T drive is visible but should not be used.

Please note that the network drives are only accessible within the school network.

Lesson Plan are due Thursday by 4:00 p.m.

• The Lesson Plan folder is within the S (Staff) drive in a folder labeled Lesson Plan

• Within the folder you will see 3 items.
1. School Lesson Plan template

a. The template should be saved to your folder so that you can edit it.

2. Archived Lesson Plans

3. Folders arranged by the weeks of the year

a. After editing it the lesson plan should be placed within next week’s folder

by 3:00pm Friday
