1. via the Debt • This would require signature of a Deed of
Adherence to the Group Investment
Acquisitions Agreement, a copy of which is available on

• In respect of new investment, assuming the full

• £1m investment = 1.2%
2. Capital into • £500k investment = 0.6%
Group • New money has prior return which ensures that
at exit values > £20m, the subscription is
returned in full
