How Will We Engage with Venture Partners?

Venture Partners will become a core part of the Praetura story

• Venture Partners will benefit from the opportunity to co-invest in all Praetura
transactions (on top of Fund investment), allowing Venture Partners to increase
Network their weighting in selected investments
Opportunities
• The introducer Venture Partner will be allowed first opportunity to co-invest,
followed by the entire Venture Partner panel

• Opportunity to co-invest in all Praetura transactions (on top of Fund investment)
