As you will understand, not all introduced opportunities will be taken forward
to investment by Praetura. On opportunities we do not progress:

• We will always provide open, honest and timely feedback if we aren’t likely to progress the opportunity
• Introducing Venture Partner will have access to any work undertaken by Praetura and external
diligence providers
• We will provide introducing Venture Partner with structuring advice and considerations as
appropriate if you still want to proceed
• We will provide template investment documentation and introductions to panel lawyers to
facilitate private investment

• We will work with the Venture Partner to prepare an investment proposal and circulate this
within the Venture Partner network
