OVERVIEW:
This program focusses on building basic leadership skills amongst high performing-
high potential employees, with the objective to help them be more effective in their
work.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Demonstrate skills related managing stakeholder / client expectations
• Practice Customer Centric Behavior

• Enhance Execution Excellence
• Build Strategic & Financial capabilities

• Leverage Behaviors for Effectiveness

DURATION: 20 days (spread over 12 months)

METHODOLOGY: Highly interactive and application based learning experience,
including talks by Tata Leaders and Action-Learning Projects
