OVERVIEW:
This program focusses on building and sharpening key leadership skills amongst high
performing senior leaders, with the objective to help them be lead the organization for
a better future.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:
• Augment the leadership experience
• Develop the ability to understand, adapt, & leverage different business functions

• Create an integrated action plan for powerful corporate strategies
• Understand interpersonal dynamics and assess situations intuitively to make
sound choices in diverse situations

DURATION: 20 days (spread over 12 months)
BATCH SIZE: Individuals are nominated to participate in the seminar hosted by
TMTC

LOCATION: TMTC, Pune
METHODOLOGY: Highly interactive and application based learning experience,
including talks by Tata Leaders. Additionally all participants focus on personal
development in collaboration with an Executive Coach.
