OVERVIEW:

In order to demonstrate Leadership Behaviours, we need to first imbibe their meaning
and then demonstrate behaviours as per the proficiency levels needed at work. This
workshop offers participants a lens to reflect on and evaluate their behaviours of
themselves and others.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the module, the participants will be able to:

• Link observable actions and to specific leadership behaviours
• Evaluate demonstrated behaviours using the ORCI process
• Offer feedback to self, team members, and peers

DURATION: 4 Hours
