I. Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance - Breakdowns and Repairs & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
o Report the status or equipment repaired and identifies all possible indications of future trouble.
o Commission and check repaired equipment for testing.
1.3 Prioritize repairs in accordance to the level of urgency.
1.4 Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on all hotel equipment, including kitchen,
boiler, plumbing, genset, elevators, FDAS electrical and guest rooms.
o Maintain facilities and equipment by conducting preventive maintenance procedure.
o Conduct and inspect general repair of tools, read shop drawings and specifications and make rough
estimates of the required materials.
o Propose corrective actions related to process as needed and verify their proper implementation
o Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis and complete work orders as necessary;
keep accurate records of PM’s on all rooms and equipment.
2. Ensure Health and Safety Standards are implemented and being practiced
o Maintain the working condition of the building structure, building operations system, equipment and
controls, technical equipment of all departments, maintenance conditions of the guest rooms, public
areas, back of the house service areas, function rooms and offices.
o Maintain tools and equipment accordingly so that they are in a safe working condition, as well as
making sure that the working areas and plant rooms are safe environments at all times.
o Adhere to Technical procedures and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) of the suppliers.
o Work in a clean and orderly manner in compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety Standards.
o Maintain a safe working environment including the use of PPE, and compliance with all safety rules
and procedures. Provide feedback when personnel are not following safety procedures.
3. Maintain and Observe Cost Efficiency Measures
o Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of the Minimum
Quality Standards to make sure that time and resources have been properly utilized.
