Project Approach
Project Understanding
JBAS Realty is seeking to develop up to a +/- seventeen
(17) story, multi-use project with one to two towers with
a parking garage at the current address of 320 Franklin
Avenue in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The project will be a
mix of:
