Tim Kiser, AIA | Associate

Tim began with Bernardon in May 2005 and was named an Associate in 2020. Tim strives
to create striking designs that make a statement within their context and has an affinity for
helping clients think outside the box to explore multiple conceptual options before arriving
at a design that meets their goals. His responsibilities at Bernardon include firm leadership,
project management, design, and documentation for a wide range of project types with a
special area of interest in elevating architectural design in his home state of Delaware. With
a mix of traditional and contemporary designs, he works through the creative process with
sustainability as the backbone of each project.
