West Chester University

Bernardon has an open-ended contract with West
Chester University to provide a full range of design
services as it relates to maintenance, repair, renovation,
and alteration projects and minor new construction
projects on the University’s campus. These services are
necessary as a result of overcrowding of the facilities, an
increase in deferred maintenance of the physical plant,
a number of new construction and renovation projects
which have been funded and/or are in the design state,
and a need to upgrade a variety of services or utilities in
