Please note that Reimbursable Expenses for items such as printing, travel, and overnight delivery
are not included in the professional fees noted above. Reimbursable expenses and additional services
of consultants will be invoiced at 1.10 times our cost. Mileage will be charged in accordance with the
standard IRS mileage rate.
Optional Service No. 1: In our question/answer session, exterior architectural schematic design
services were discussed for building entry and outdoor recreational enhancements and loading/delivery
area. Since these areas are currently outside the project scope, we have included an estimated fee for
your consideration. FEE: $21,000.00
Terms and Conditions of Agreement for Professional Services of Bernardon (Terms and Conditions)
are enclosed and are part of this proposal.
