Compensation

Bernardon Interior Design team proposes to provide the Basic Services outlined above
based on the following fee schedule:

Phase I: Schematic Design $ 34,000.00
Phase II: Design Development $ 55,000.00
Phase III: Construction Documents $ 80,500.00
Phase IV: Construction Administration & Bidding $ 60,000.00
Phase V: FF&E Selection & Specification $ 64,000.00
TOTAL INTERIOR DESIGN BASIC SERVICES: $293,500.00

Bernardon proposes to complete the following Optional Services described
herein in accordance with the following:

Model Unit FF&E Selection and Specification $34,000.00
FF&E Procurement by Bernardon Procures Service price included in the
proposals for material goods.

Additional Services and Exclusions
Our services are limited to the scope of Basic Services described above. If the scope of
the project or our services changes, we reserve the right to invoice for Additional Services.
Examples of Additional Services include but is not limited to:

■ Making revisions to previously approved drawings;
■ Attending meetings and/or construction inspections over those noted herein;
■ Value engineering exercises;
■ Preparing marketing materials and lease documents inclusive of marketing-level, photorealistic
renderings;
■ LEED for Interiors certification or coordination above and beyond the information required for LEED
consultant to document goal certification;
■ Exterior Lighting Design; and
■ FF&E Selections for the exterior of the building.
