FinTech Building, located at the STAR Campus of the University of Delaware (UD), is
a six-story, 106,000 SF building that aims to foster collaboration between academic,
business, and governmental segments of the financial world, with a focus on technology
applications. Approximately half of the building will be leased to UD’s College of
Engineering and Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics.
