Location: Valley Forge, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural,
interior design, and landscape architecture services for
a four-story, 550,000 SF multifamily residential building
above a two-story parking garage in the Village at Valley
Forge. The design of the building attempts to blur the
lines between the interior and exterior. The amenity space
opens to a courtyard to enable residents and visitors to
experience the outdoors while indoors.
The program includes approximately 270 units with
10 different types of one and two bedroom units,
and amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio,
collaboration areas, outdoor amenities spaces, and a
plaza deck with pool. The parking garage accommodate
approximately 480 vehicles.
