Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The Grant is a mixed-use development
situated at the intersection of Cynwyd Road and Union
Avenue. Bernardon provided architecture and interior
design services for The Grant that has contributed to the
continuance transformation of downtown Bala Cynwyd
into a revitalized urban destination.
The first level includes 7,000 SF of retail and restaurant
space, as well as three (3) two-story townhouse units and
a lobby entrance for the apartment units above.
The second floor includes residential units, in addition to
a first class fitness center for use by this development and
other local new developments by the same developer.
