The Hive Residences
Owner/User: City Center Investment Corporation
Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The project includes two, four-
story, mixed-use buildings. Both buildings will utilize 5A
construction, with the mixed-use component of the first
building having a non-combustible podium above the retail.
A one-story bridge will be constructed at the third floor
to connect each building with one another, as well as to
connect to the existing parking garage. The connection at
grade will be a public/private urban space.
The project is currently under construction and is scheduled
to be completed in 2022.
