Frank Lado, AIA, NCARB | Quality Assurance Director

Frank joined the Bernardon team in 2019. He brings more than 30 years of experience
in project and staff management, and has an extensive background in the design and
construction of a broad range of project types. . As a member of the Quality Assurance team,
Frank will be responsible for guiding projects through the firm’s Quality Assurance Program,
which is designed to build high-quality into the design and construction documentation
process and lessen the reliance on last-minute error detection during construction.

He also maintains a high level of experience and proficiency in building construction
detailing, familiarity with AIA and CSI documents, and fluency with building code
applications and industry-wide trends and innovations. His experience as an on-
site representative, working closely with Owners and Construction Managers and
maintaining document and specification compliancy during construction, has given him
a unique understanding of the key considerations to look for during the QA process.
