Location: Upper Yardley, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon is providing architectural
and interior design services for a four-story multifamily
residential development at the site of the Oxford Valley Mall.
The building is “wrapped around” a five-story parking garage
of approximately 190,000 square feet.
Oxford Valley I comprises 391 apartments (studios, one-
bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and three-
bedroom apartments) and 17,000 SF of amenity space that
includes fitness area, media, lounge, co-working, dog wash,
etc.
The project is currently in design.
