Behind the scenes, Rebecca will be supported by Designers Hayley Burke and Valerie Smith.

Daniel Quaintance will offer architectural design and technical support to Rebecca and will assist
with the preparation of design and construction documents. Additionally, other members of our
integrated architecture and interior design studios will join our design team as necessary.

Michael Welz, CSI CDT, will bring Bernardon "fresh eyes review" quality assurance program and
his 35+ years of experience to bear on behalf of Bayhealth. Our Quality Assurance Program is
designed to build high quality into the design and construction document process and lessen the
reliance on last-minute error detection.

Bernardon’s strategy to provide Bayhealth with design solutions and services is reinforced by our
selection of Furlow Associates, Inc. whom we feel is a specialist in their field and who share our
service-oriented philosophy. Furlow Associates will provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and
fire protection engineering services. Over the past 10 years, Furlow Associates and Bernardon have
collaborated on over 50 projects in both the private and public sectors including ChristianaCare
Concord Medical Office Building as a Bernardon team member.
