FAQs

               1. What is a Bernardon Experience Voucher? In recognition of tenure with Bernardon, eligible employees
are presented with an Experience Voucher at the employment milestones defined herein. The goal is to give
employees the opportunity to have a memorable experience on behalf of the firm. An experience(s) is generally
defined as participating in or involved with an event or activity that is personal to an employee, which can be
enjoyed individually or with a family member(s). Examples of experiences include, but are not limited to, dining
out, sightseeing excursions, attending cultural events, family vacation, a class that contributes to personal
growth, having a private Chef prepare a meal in your home, etc.

               2. Who is eligible? Employees who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and
maintain continuous employment status are eligible to participate in the Employee Recognition Program. In
addition, there will be other yearly award components that will be added to the program to recognize staff.

               3. Can I have more than one experience? An Experience Voucher may be used for multiple experiences, if
                 desired.

               4. Does the voucher expire? The Experience Voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue. If it
is not fully utilized within that timeframe, the remaining amount is forfeited. Employees whose employment
is terminated for cause or resignation will forfeit all unused Bernardon Experience Voucher.

               5. When/how do I receive my voucher? Once an employee plans an experience, they should complete an
Experience Voucher Request Form and submit to the Director of Studio for the office in which the employee
works. Upon approval, the monetary value of the Experience Voucher will then be available in the form of
compensation in an employee’s paycheck. Within 30 days of completion of the experience, it is required that
receipt(s) associated with the completed experience(s) are submitted to the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator.

               6. What is the form of payment for the “voucher?” The monetary value of an Experience Voucher will be
paid as compensation via a paycheck and direct deposited into the employee’s bank account, if applicable. The
total value of an Experience Voucher will be considered a part of an employee’s total taxable yearly income.

               7. How does the voucher value work regarding to taxes? The value of the Experience Voucher will be paid
to the employee in post-tax dollars, i.e., the firm will “gross up” the amount to offset an individual’s tax impact.
The total value of an Experience Voucher will be considered part of an employee’s total taxable yearly income.

               8. Can I get reimbursed before my experience if I’ve already paid for it? Yes. See Item 5.
               9. What if I can’t afford to pre-pay for my experience? Once an employee plans an experience, they should
complete an Experience Voucher Request Form and submit to the Director of Studio for the office in which
the employee works. Upon approval, the monetary value of the Experience Voucher will then be available in
the form of compensation in an employee’s paycheck. Within 30 days of completion of the experience, it is
required that receipt(s) associated with the completed experience(s) are submitted to the Payroll and Benefits
                 Coordinator.
