10.  What if I don’t use the entire voucher amount? Can I bank it? No. See Item No. 4.

               11.  What can I be reimbursed for?  Employees may submit receipts for expenses that directly relate to
                    the cost of participating in an experience.  Expenses for products required to participate in an experience,
                    such as sunscreen, ski goggles, clothing, etc., are not approved expenses. Traffic citations, motor vehicle
                    violations, parking tickets, and other fines incurred are the employee’s responsibility.

               12.  Can we book travel on our own or do we need to work with a travel agent? Employee is free to
                    arrange their experience via any method they choose.
               13.  What if my experience gets canceled? Bernardon shall have no liability and will make no refund in the
                    event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, third party negligence, or other causes, and shall have no
                    responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, or acts of any government or authority.

               14.  What if I’m not a person who likes going out doing things and my experience is staying home
                    and doing nothing? This program was created to recognize employees for their dedication to the firm.
                    The goal is to give employees the opportunity to have a memorable experience on behalf of the firm. We
                    encourage everyone seek an experience(s) that can be completed in or outside of the home. For example,
                    having a private chef come to your home to cook a meal for your family.

               15.  Are home improvement projects an experience? No.

               16.  Am I paid for time off to use my Bernardon Experience Voucher? Time off from work to enjoy a
                    Bernardon Experience Voucher will be in keeping with the firm’s Time Off and Leaves of Absence policy as
                    outlined in the Employee Handbook.

               17.  Please clarify retroactive. If I’ve been here for 10 years, do I get 5 and 10? If I’ve been here
                    15, do I get 5, 10, and 15? All eligible employees will receive one retroactive Experience Voucher during
                    2022.  For example, if you are celebrating your 12th year anniversary in 2022, you will receive your 10th year
                    Experience Voucher.  In three years, you will then receive your 15th year Experience Voucher.

               18.  Are the vouchers available on the date of the employee anniversary? Effective January 1, 2023,
                    Bernardon Experience Vouchers will be presented as defined herein to eligible employees on their milestone
                    anniversary date of hire.

               19.  As a previous employee of a Bernardon affiliated company, i.e., BHH Tait Interiors, do years at
                    that company count? Yes. BHH Tait Interiors was a Bernardon-related company; therefore, tenure at that
                    firm will count towards an employee’s total continuous employment with Bernardon.
