             Green peppercorn sauce


             Serves 4 - 6 | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients


             50g butter, softened
             1 small onion, finely chopped
             2 cloves of garlic, crushed
             2 Tbsp (30ml) green peppercorns
             50ml brandy
             200ml red wine sauce (refer to the red wine sauce recipe)

             1 cup (250ml) cream


             Tools


                   Knife
                   Chopping board
                   Saucepan


             What to do:


               1.  Melt the butter in a saucepan.
