             Mustard sauce


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 30 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients


             1 Tbsp (15ml) olive oil
             50g streaky bacon, roughly chopped
             1 onion, roughly chopped
             2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
             25ml red wine vinegar
             50ml white wine

             1 cup (250ml) beef stock (refer to the red wine sauce recipe)
             2 cups (500ml) cream
             Salt and freshly ground pepper
             50g Dijon mustard
