For the ham and parsley terrine
4 small smoked ham hocs
2 carrots, peeled
2 sticks celery, washed
2 leeks, washed
1 bulb garlic
750ml white wine

30g flat parsley
For the honey and mustard dressing
1 Tbsp (15ml) Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp (15ml) whole grain mustard
