             Ham and parsley terrine with honey and mustard dressing
             and sourdough toast


             Makes 2 terrines | Preparation time: 1 hour | Cooking time: 3 hours


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients




             For the ham and parsley terrine

             4 small smoked ham hocs
             2 carrots, peeled
             2 sticks celery, washed
             2 leeks, washed

             1 bulb garlic
             750ml white wine
             6 whole cloves
             1 bay leaf
             30g flat parsley


             For the honey and mustard dressing

             1 Tbsp (15ml) Dijon mustard
             1 Tbsp (15ml) whole grain mustard

             1 egg yolk
